Agreeing to these terms
These terms apply when you use cosmicintern.com and anything we offer through it, including free readings, premium subscriptions, emails, and digital products. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
For entertainment only
Cosmic Intern is entertainment. Our horoscopes, readings, scores, and reports are meant to be fun and maybe a little insightful. They are not professional advice of any kind: not medical, mental health, legal, financial, or relationship advice. Please don't make important decisions based on them. The planets have not been properly credentialed.
Who can use Cosmic Intern
You must be at least 13 years old to use the site. To buy a subscription or product, you must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
Your account
We sign you in with a one-time link sent to your email, so keeping your email account secure keeps your Cosmic Intern account secure. Please use an email address you own and keep your details accurate.
Premium subscriptions
- Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime from your account page. You'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
- If we change the price, we'll tell you before your next renewal. The new price applies from that renewal onward, and you can cancel before then if you'd rather not continue.
Birth chart reports
A birth chart report is a personalized PDF created from the birth details you enter (date, time, and place) and emailed to you, usually within 1 business day. Please double-check those details before you pay: the report is only as accurate as what it's built from, and a birth time that's even 30 minutes off can change parts of it (the report points out which).
- If you didn't know the birth time and find it within 90 days, email us and we'll update your report for free.
- If your report is late, doesn't match the details you entered, or something else is wrong on our side, email us and we'll fix it or refund you.
- Because each report is made for you, we don't otherwise offer refunds once it's been delivered, except where the law requires.
- If you buy a report as a gift, it's emailed to you, not the recipient.
Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. If you were charged by mistake or something went wrong, email mail@cosmicintern.com and we'll sort it out.
Our content
The readings, writing, graphics, logo, and everything else on Cosmic Intern belong to us. You're welcome to read them, enjoy them, and share your readings using the site's share buttons or a screenshot. Please don't copy, resell, or republish our content in bulk, or use it to build a competing service.
Please don't
- Scrape the site or access it with bots or automated tools, other than normal search engine indexing.
- Try to break, overload, or get around the security of the site or anyone's account.
- Use the site for anything illegal, or to harass anyone. Including the intern.
Changes and availability
We may change, pause, or discontinue parts of Cosmic Intern. If we discontinue a paid subscription, we'll give you notice and won't charge you for time you can't use. We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the date at the top, and we'll email subscribers about significant changes before they take effect.
Ending your access
You can stop using Cosmic Intern anytime. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms or misuses the site.
Disclaimers
Cosmic Intern is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that any reading will come true. It's astrology. You knew that.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Cosmic Intern isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it somewhere else.
